Delay-induced self-organization dynamics in a prey-predator network with diffusion

چکیده

Considering that time delay (delay) is a common phenomenon in biological systems, reaction-diffusion equations with are widely used to study the dynamic mechanism of those which can induce loss stability and degradation performance. In this paper, taking into account inhomogeneous distribution species space be considered as random network, pattern dynamics prey-predator network system diffusion investigated. The effect on obtained by linear analysis, including Hopf bifurcation well Turing pattern. Our results show changes value delay. Moreover, we obtain related connection probability diffusion. Finally, numerical simulation verifies our results.
